COURT REMANDS 30 YEAR-OLD FOR ALLEGEDLY RAPING A PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPIL

A Magistrate Court in Igbara Oke, Ondo state, has remanded 30 year-old okada rider, Seun Aderemi in prison custody for allegedly raping a teenager; 14 year-old Marvelous Diya. The Accused was said to have committed the crime on 27th June,  at 7.00 am. According to the prosecutor, the accused pleaded guilty of the crime in his confession statement during police investigation
