Retired police officer rapes two girls aged 5&6

Two girls aged 5 and 6 respectively have been allegedly raped by a retired police officer, ASP Yusuf Ibrahim.  The 60 year old retired officer who resides in Bauchi State allegedly used a bubble gum to lure the children into his shop where he defiled them.

The prosecution witness, Mohammad Adamu said this when the accused was charged before a Bauchi State High Court. The offence violates Section 28‎2 (1e) and is punishable under section 283 of Bauchi penal code.

Ibrahim however pleaded not guilty while filing an application for bail. The presiding judge, Muazu Abubakar adjourned the case till September 16.
