A woman from Denmark named Anja Ringgren Lovén has spent three years in Nigeria saving children from the worst cases of abuse. A documentary on her work is coming up and she has been raising funds from people in her country to assist the kids. See photos after the cut...

Prince was accused of being a witch by his own father who tortured him. Prince escaped from danger and was found by police on the street.  He was # 1 in his class for the last school tests and I celebrated with him and the other children at DINNødshjælps orphanages, and for his great achievement, we bought a new backpack for him. Prince is a very skilled and intelligent boy.

Glory was found at an abandoned house in July 2013. Tortured by her family who accused her of being a witch – Glory now goes to school and is doing very well, as evidenced by her always mischievous smile. She is a strong girl who loves to help with the cooking on DINNødshjælps orphanage.

Savior and his younger brother Samuel lives both on DINNødshjælps orphanage. They were both accused of being witches by their grandmother.Their younger brother, who had also been accused of being a witch, did not survive the torture they all three were exposed. Savior and Samuel are both in school and doing very well.

Nsikak was tortured by his own father in three days where he had been tied hand and foot and had no food. He
